established in 1985 as an electronics distributor, Out Front has
evolved into an all-star collection of visionaries that examine a
market and provide a fresh perspective.
We aim to increase revenue, expand market share and improve
competitive advantage by identifying additional revenue streams,
discovering alternative market entry points and finding new
partnerships to grow the business.
While still involved in sourcing electronic components, Out
Front mainly focuses on strategic business planning and product
development.
Chuck Perl, Out Front’s President,
focuses on business development and creating strategic alliances. An
innovator who identifies new revenue streams for large and emerging
corporations, Perl supervises a staff in the US with additional
consultants in Hong Kong, China, and Mexico. Always ahead of the curve, Perl
founded a consumer electronics firm that was one of the first to venture
into China in 1971 after President Nixon lifted the trade embargo.
Perl's contacts in China allowed him to enter the lucrative electronic
components business, and in 1985 he founded Out Front Inc. to service
clients throughout the world.
His background includes creative market planning as well as extensive manufacturing experience
(having owned and operated Ambico, which had a factory with over 250
employees). He has the unique
ability to bring people and companies together with positive
outcomes. Today Perl continues
to serve clients in the electronics components business but his main
focus has shifted toward the future - innovative business development
methods that create new revenue streams through unique business
partnerships and one-of-a-kind marketing strategies.
